LaToshia Norwood is a certified project manager and marketing strategist, with a successful track record in managing accounts and leading complex multi-million dollar projects. She coaches entrepreneurs and business professionals in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors; working closely with the executive team and key stakeholders to ensure expected outcomes are achieved and seamless implementation of the clients’ vision. She leverages her expertise in Project Management, Consulting, Training, Brand Development & Management for local and national brands to help our clients shift from a “winging it” approach to executing a well developed strategic plan.

LaToshia has received several awards for professional excellence and holds a BS in Education from Prairie View A&M University. She has earned the globally recognized and demanded Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) credential, which is the most recognized certification for project managers. Demonstrating she has the experience, education and competency to train, lead and direct projects. LaToshia is the Director of the Project Management Institute Galleria venue, a member of Leadership Houston Class XXXIII, Junior League of Houston, Houston Area Urban League Young Professionals, HYPE, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, and serves on the executive board of both professional and nonprofit organizations. LaToshia believes every obstacle and set-back offers valuable lessons learned, and lives by her mom’s motto, “eat the fruit and spit out the seeds”.
