Submission 1: A young ceo of IHeartLashStudio one of the top eyelash extensions studios in Houston. I started my business with a little under $500 and it is still up and running two years later. I’ve learned to roll with the punches of entrepreneurship with a smile! Submission 2: This young lady stepped out on Faith and launched her Lash extension business. She not only learned the skilled, but she learned to teach others. As a single mother of 2 young men, I have watched her gain new wings in life after going through a storm. She was able to channel that energy into something positive. She is the example of what Faith in God can lead you into. She has not only managed to become a phenomenal business owner but a inspiration to those that she encounter. She encourages other to step into their destiny to be what they dream to be.

I’m the co-owner of 360 Degrees Hair Studio. Which is a family owned business that is owned and operated by my mother and I. We’ve been in business almost 15 years. We opened our second location this past February in Cypress. I’m also the co-founder of I.C.O.N. Women’s Organization alongside of LaShonda Pierce. This organization was created 7 years ago to educate and elevate women and youth. The organization has 44 members and has awarded $100,000 in scholarships over the last 6 years. What make me a game changer is the fact that I want people to live the life they dream of. Instead of wanting and wishing for things, I tell people to just do it. Seize the moment. Take risks. After seeing so many people going through the motions of life rather than living life, I started a consulting firm last year. I decided to become a lifestyle consultant to help people live the lives they’ve dreamed of in lieu of watching others live their dreams. Everyone is entitled to a happy and full life.
